Our systems and procedures have been developed to meet our target of zero defect supplies, and we relentlessly strive to meet those standards. Since continuous improvement is our goal, we value every feedback and complaint of our customers as it allows us to deeply introspect and identify weaknesses in our established systems and infrastructure, allowing us to convert failures into opportunities to overcome our limitations.
