We have thirty plus CNC machines ranging from 6, 8, and 10 inch chucks and length of 300 to 700 mm along with steady interface. Six VMCs with stroke size of 800x450X500 along with fourth axis and rotary table. A 12 Tons broaching machine. All material movement in machine shop is done in plastic bins, preventing any type of metal to metal contact.
We have a state of the art heat treatment facility that supports normalising, isothermal annealing, and hardening tempering. This setup has a capacity of around 1 tonne/hour and is accompanied with other supporting machines such as: image analyser, hardness tester, shot blasting, and grinding. Our heat treatment is CQI 9 certified.
